After having left multiple messages and questions regarding the status of the preferred vendors publication for the Vinoy Hotel in St Pete, I am still waiting for not only a return phone call but a refund of my money since the Vinoy decided not to reprint the list. It seems to be a simple case of refunding a customer on a job that was not performed. Well stick around as I'll be updating my journey during the coming weeks......
